SPELT: “puls” eaten by Roman soldiers was made with spelt. Spelt, high in proteins, reinforces muscles

MILLET: traditional commodity in Africa, fortifies skin, nails and hair, support movement

RYE: not particularly suitable for weak gastro intestinal tract but useful in case of strong physical activity, bloodstream and intestinal problems

OATS: it reduces sugar absorption, supports weight reduction and energy increase in underweight people

CORN: strengthening heart, reinforces muscles and calm down overactive tyroid
